Tunable W-Band Microwave Photonic Filter with Ultra-high Quality Factor

- Abstract:A tunable single-passband W-band microwave photonic filter (MPF) is proposed and experimentally demonstrated with an ultra-high Q factor of up to 1566 and a 3-dB bandwidth around 60MHz, by eliminating the optical third-order dispersion induced non-uniform time delays between optical carriers.
